ORDER FULFILLMENT: after receipt of the Purchase Order, makeyourjewel. sends confirmation of its acceptance or indicates the reasons why the order will not be processed. The shipment takes place only after the regular registration of the payment within 2 days of receipt of the Purchase Order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the Products purchased on www.makeyourjewel.it

Information and price of products.
All information on the essential characteristics of the Products can be found on each of their individual identification cards.
THE PRICES for the Products are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded, unless otherwise expressly indicated. The prices indicated on the Site may be subject to updates. We therefore invite you to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant Purchase Order.

Methods of concluding the purchase agreement.
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more Products on www.makeyourjewel.it, after having selected the Product or Products of your interest, you must first fill in and send the Seller electronically a Purchase Order of the selected Products in format electronic (which is valid as a contractual proposal), indicating the Products for which the purchase is requested, the chosen payment method and some of your personal data necessary for delivery (hereinafter the Purchase Order).
The Purchase Order consists of a “personal data” screen in which the user must indicate the personal data necessary for delivery and a screen for selecting and activating the chosen payment method. The Purchase Order also contains a summary: information on the essential characteristics of each Product ordered and the relative price (including VAT), the means of payment available to purchase each Product, the methods of delivery of the Products and shipping cost..

Before confirming the purchase request for the Products, by sending the Purchase Order, you will be asked to carefully read the information contained therein to correct any errors or omissions and to read and accept these General Conditions of Sale and the relative information to the processing of your personal data.

The Purchase Order will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders (and in any case within the terms of the law). You can access your Purchase Order at any time to monitor its status by connecting to the Site and accessing the “my orders” section on your personal page.

The contract is concluded when the Seller receives and accepts, electronically, his Purchase Order, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to his order. Makeyourjewel.it will send you, by e-mail, a Purchase Order Receipt containing a summary of the information already contained in the Purchase Order (General Conditions of Sale, Information on the right of withdrawal, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs).

Terms of payment:

When submitting the Purchase Order, you will be asked to choose a payment method

In the event of a purchase using the Stripe payment method, at the conclusion of the procedure for completing the Purchase Order, you will be asked for your credit card number. In this way, the amount relating to the order will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of the order by Makeyourjewel.it

In the event of any subsequent cancellation of the order, the refunded amount will be credited to your credit card. In no case will makeyourjewel.it be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by delays in Stripe’s failure to release the committed amount.

At no stage of the purchase procedure on the site www.makeyourjewel.it the same is able to access and know your financial information.

Product Shipment and Delivery

The shipment of the Products is carried out in Italy and in the European Union to the address indicated in the Purchase Order only after the regular registration of the payment of the relative order and upon payment of the price. Makeyourjewel.it will ship the Products within 2 working days from the day following the one in which Makeyourjewel.it received the Purchase Order.

Deliveries in Italy will be completed within 2 working days from the date of shipment, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in general. International deliveries will be completed within 5 working days from the shipping date.

The delivery terms indicated are to be considered purely as indicative, makeyourjewel.it will in no way be responsible for any delivery delays due to causes not attributable to it..

Product quality

The Seller does not sell used Products or Products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market. You are aware and agree that the images and colors of the Products offered for sale on the Site may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the Products purchased on www.makeyourjewel.it

To withdraw from the contract you must:

Communicate your request by filling in the appropriate form available on the website for download, or by sending an e-mail to customers@makeyourjewel.it

Return the Products accompanied by the purchase receipt to the address that will be indicated in the e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which you received the Products.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs, including liability in case of loss or damage to the Products.

The right of withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous point – is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:

The Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

The Products must be returned in intact packaging, adequately sealed with its complete and original contents intact.
The returned Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right to not accept Products of the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by following the methods and terms indicated, the Seller will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the Products.
The sums will be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal. The Seller will activate the refund procedures once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.

If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, you can get back the Products, at your expense, in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the Products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.

Refund timing and methods
After the return of the Products, the Seller will make the necessary checks relating to the compliance of the same with the conditions and terms mentioned above. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, the Seller will send you, via e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the Products thus returned.

Whatever the payment method you use, the refund procedure is activated by the Seller as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, subject to verification of the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned Products.

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the Purchase Order and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Seller, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
Intellectual Property Rights
Makeyourjewel.it as well as all other trademarks, whether registered or not, and all other distinctive signs such as company names, commercial names and names, illustrations, images, logos, registered and unregistered designs, copyrights and patents (“Rights of Intellectual Property “), which appear on the Products or otherwise reproduced on the website, on accessories or packaging, are and remain the exclusive property of Maria Cristina Gioielli Srl. Any reproduction, even partial, any modification or use of the Intellectual Property Rights, for any reason and in any form, without the prior written authorization of Maria Cristina Gioielli Srl, is absolutely prohibited. Any combination or use in conjunction with any other trademark, symbol, logo and more generally any other distinctive sign capable of forming a complex sign is also prohibited.

\Force Majeure

Makeyourjewel.it will be relieved of any contractual obligation to do or deliver and will not be required to pay any indemnity in the event of force majeure events that prevent the fulfillment of its obligations, such as, but not limited to, riots, insurrections, social unrest, telephone or computer breakdowns or serious damage to the security and operation of the internet, strikes and impossibility of supplying Products and materials.
The Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
For civil disputes relating to online sales contracts, the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer is mandatorily competent, if located in the territory of the State.

Periodic update
The Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.makeyourjewel.it.
